EBC is pleased to have been selected by the Ministère des Transports du Québec to rehabilitate the De Liesse Tunnel on Highway 13, spanning the municipalities of Dorval and Montréal (Saint-Laurent borough). Located near the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport, it is used by more than 93,000 vehicles per day.
Our team will carry out roadwork, earthworks, lighting, electricity, intelligent transport systems, and structure works, while minimizing traffic disturbance. The project includes, among others, shoulders reinforcement, drain lines and sumps construction, reinforced concrete retaining walls demolition, demolition of a reinforced concrete capping structure and its steel reconstruction, embankments redevelopment, changes to the tunnel lighting system, replacement of cameras and power supply to the pumping station.
The work will be carried out in three phases, starting July 2021 and ending September 2023.
