EBC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ghyslain Deschamps as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.
His solid Canadian and international experience, and his proven track record as Executive Vice President for our Building Division, make him the right person for this very important position. For the past three years at EBC, he has consistently excelled thanks to his exceptional ability to mobilize teams to achieve objectives while establishing a culture of managerial and operational rigor and discipline.
To successfully meet all upcoming challenges, Mr. Deschamps will oversee strategic and daily operations for both our Building and Civil & Mining Divisions. Under his leadership and through his innovative approach, team synergy will notably improve and both divisions will join forces to further develop our growing position as industry leaders.
