EBC is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Proulx as Vice President Estimation – Major Projects, for our Civil & Mining Division.
A seasoned engineer with 27 years of construction engineering experience, Mr. Proulx has successfully led numerous large-scale projects and gained extensive global experience having worked in Africa, the Middle East, and South America. Since 2005, he has held a management position within SNC-Lavalin’s Infrastructure division in pre-construction and more recently, he has been working as Vice President, Estimation and Benchmarking.
Mr. Proulx is known for his strong interpersonal skills, his win-win approach with peers and collaborators and for building strong team synergy. He will use his notable expertise to target and analyze new business opportunities, supervise cost estimates, validate budgets and guide us to achieve tangible results.
