EBC is delighted to have been awarded this Longueuil project by the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI). Located on Jacques-Cartier Boulevard East, in the Montérégie-East region, this new type of accommodation will provide residents with a caring living environment.
The 3-storey residence will offer 72 one-bedroom units to the local population, i.e., 48 units for senior citizens and 24 units for adults with special needs. It will consist of 6 air-conditioned buildings that house 12 units each, including common areas and bedrooms with adapted toilets and showers, thus meeting its residents’ evolving needs. The new complex will be connected to the current Manoir-Trinité.
LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is targeted for this project launched in June 2022. Works will be finished by September 2023.
