Three projects awarded at the 2022 Grands Prix du design

We are pleased to announce that three projects carried out by EBC that incorporate sustainable development principles have been honoured at the Grands Prix du design 2022.

This international competition, now in its 15th year, is a celebration of the excellence and talent of creators and companies that have distinguished themselves through exemplary practice of the best in design and architecture.

 

CNESST Head Office

The new head office of the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), with a structural design never before seen in Québec, was recognized in a number of categories, as much for the sublime design of its 8-storey eco-responsible building as for its 600-space indoor parking lot, clad in a dynamic-looking aluminium wall:

MIL Campus Science Complex

A crossroads of knowledge, unique in its scope, its geometry that surpasses the imagination, and its architectural beauty, the Université de Montréal Science Complex was awarded in the following categories:

Categories: Public Building / Higher Education & Research Building: Gold Certification, Platinum Laureate
Categories: Special Awards / Architecture + Glass: Gold Certification

 

Drummondville High School

Currently under construction, with a vast window opening onto the wooded area, the Drummondville high school will offer a living environment with exceptional potential for students and staff. In symbiosis with nature, the future school has already distinguished itself in these categories:
