As part of an approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, EBC is committed to building the future by participating in Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Net-Zero Challenge.
This voluntary initiative aims to encourage companies like EBC to develop and implement credible and effective plans to make their facilities and operations zero-net emissions by 2050. The Challenge aims to establish a community of practice focused on zero-net planning in Canada, where ideas and best practices can be disseminated and participants can collaborate to advance their own zero-net plans.
