A word from the Executive Chair
I look back on the journey of the past several decades with a deep sense of pride and gratitude. As the second generation to lead our family business, I have had the privilege of guiding and supporting EBC for 27 years, from 1999 to 2026, as President and CEO and as Chair of the Board. Throughout this time, I have watched EBC grow from a Québec cornerstone into a construction company firmly rooted across Canada.
First and foremost, this growth reflects the unwavering commitment, talent, and passion of our teams. By living our founding values every day, our teams have played a pivotal role in building EBC’s strong reputation from coast to coast.
In my current role as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, my mandate is firmly anchored in a long-term vision. It entails close collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure sound governance, support the company’s strategic priorities, and safeguard its sustainable growth. The Board plays a critical role in supporting management through its insight, expertise, and consistency in guiding EBC’s future.
I am delighted to continue playing an active role in EBC’s success, driven by the same conviction and a deep commitment to serving the best interests of future generations.
