Galderma – Essor plant

The project consists in a 75,000 sq. ft. expansion for a pharmaceutical plant, located in Baie-D’Urfé. The first part of the expansion work consisted mainly of an expansion of the warehouse area, including the complete redevelopment of an area of the existing warehouse to allow for a change of purpose over more than 10,000 sq. ft. During this phase of the work, the pharmaceutical production was interrupted for a period of two weeks for the installation of new process equipment. The EBC teams carefully planned and coordinated the execution of the work carried out in this area of the plant, in order to quickly vacate the premises, as required by the customer. The second part of the work consisted of the complete redevelopment of the laboratory sector.

  • The project required the implementation of acceleration measures of various activities to meet the schedule.
  • Value analysis performed at the client's request.
  • Industrial context that involved close coordination with the process equipment installation team.
  • Design and work management, choice of materials and waste management according to LEED® requirements.
  • Project certified LEED®NC, 2021.
