• Construction of a shelter, for non-autonomous persons, with 100 beds on 4 floors.
• Development of the ground floor office space with cafeteria, community and machinery room.
• Building structure of ± 4,500 m³ of concrete with a total floor area of ± 10,000 m².
• Building envelope of conventional type with exterior in stone (concrete) and wood.
• Implementation of a service elevator.
