Station Est is a residence for the elderly, whose construction was entrusted to EBC by Groupe Maurice. The 409,000 sq. ft. building is divided into 361 rental units spread over 8 floors. Residents enjoy common areas such as: library, swimming pool, dining room, cinema, bowling, etc. The building also offers underground parking spaces and two businesses integrated into the main building.
