On September 26, 2019, at Le Salon 1861 in Montréal, nearly 900 people gathered for the 3rd edition of the 2019 Grands Bâtisseurs gala. Leaders from the construction and real estate industry came together to celebrate successes in the Québec market.
During this evening, the Grands Bâtisseurs Award, recognizing the large-scale projects that shaped the face of Greater Montréal, was awarded to the Ora residence, built by the EBC team for Le Groupe Maurice. This recognition underlines the innovative nature of this project, using the latest technological innovations to meet the needs of its residents. Combining social life and comfort, the residence houses shops and services that benefit the whole community.
For his part and prior to the event, Jean-Serge D’Aoust, Vice President, Development and Executive Advisor for the Building Division, was honored for his career by winning the Grands Bâtisseurs Award.
