EBC is delighted to announce that Connect Cité, an equal partnership between Aecon and EBC, has been selected by ADM Aéroports de Montréal as the preferred bidder for the construction of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, Québec.
As such, Connect Cité will act as general contractor and construction manager (GC/CM) for this project while also acting as a key collaborator of ADM throughout project execution. The general partnership is responsible for all construction works, project management and commissioning of the building shell and its related structures. Once finished, the REM team will install its equipment to put the station into operation.

Contractual financial closing and start of construction by Connect Cité are planned for the first quarter of 2022.
