Renard Project, Excavation of a Ventilation Shaft

Stornoway mandated EBC mining for the ventilation shaft excavation works at the Renard Mines approximately 250 km north of Chibougamau. Once complete, the project will be the first diamond mine in Québec, and one of only six in Canada. Divided in two phases, the contract includes :

• Excavation of a 300 m ventilation shaft
• Raises widening works of 6.5 meters
