Laval Subway – Extension

EBC was mandated for two phases for the extension of Line 2 of the Laval subway, Phase C01, realized in joint venture, and phase C05.

• Lot C05 - De la Concorde station : Work consisted mainly in the excavation and construction of the infrastructures for a two lane subway tunnel of approximately 1.8 km. It also included major works for the Concorde station, such as the auxiliary structures S-3, S-13, the ventilating shaft and the fire exit. After completion of the excavation, the tunnel was fully concreted.
• Lot C01 - Henri-Bourassa station : Construction of the infrastructures of a two ways tunnel on a distance of about 800 m, including the portion of tunnel which is under the Rivière des Prairies, a one way tunnel on approximately 750 m.
