Brossard Aquatic Complex

Construction of an 86,111 sq. ft. multifunctional centre that includes a 50-meter indoor swimming pool with 10 lanes, accessible for individuals with reduced mobility and equipped with recreational installations and diving boards, as well as a second indoor multipurpose pool that includes a recreation zone, water games, a paddling pool and five 25-meter lanes. The building also houses fixed and removable bleachers, changing rooms, offices, services for employees, a dry sauna and a wet sauna (hammam), a relaxation room, meeting rooms, a multipurpose room with 350 seats, storage rooms and a washing area.

• Refurbishment of its 380-car parking lot designed to reduce heat zones by combining rainwater retention and abundant vegetation.
• Relocation of two soccer fields.
• Relocation and reconstruction of 8 tennis courts (Poly-Aréna Park).
