- Expansion of the Percival-Molson Stadium in Montréal. Demolition of 5,000 seats and set up of 8,000 new ones.
- Total volume of ± 1,800 m3 of concrete casted on site.
- Steel structure with prefabricated concrete systems for stands.
- Major modifications to mechanical and electrical services.
- Addition of 2 elevators, 21 new corporate lodges and a new control room.
- Development of new food facilities and restrooms.
- A challenge met in maintaining all McGill University existing systems active around work area.
- Trees preservation in a narrow sector with access difficulties.
- Tight schedule before the the Montreal Alouettes official season opening.
